Two fully equipped 500’ x 50’ breeder hen houses built to Sanderson Farms' specifications. Attached, you’ll also find two workrooms and an egg cooler room. The property is improved with two water wells. In 2015 the generator was rebuilt, the computers were updated, and the rooster feeders were replaced. In the last year, updates include a New Control box, cool cell, curtain, and 5 new motors on fans.
There is also a 1700 Sq Ft. 4-bedroom 2 bath mobile home. This home has been well cared for and is approximately 5 years old.
